Data Engineer

About the role

The Data Engineer will design, build, and optimise scalable data pipelines and platforms that support analytics, reporting and machine‑learning workloads. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions in a remote‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across diverse data sources.
• Model and optimise relational and big‑data storage systems.
• Build APIs and data services for internal consumers.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑based data platforms on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Monitor performance, tune queries and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams.
• Passion for continuous learning in data engineering technologies.
