Data Scientist

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join SII Group Morocco’s technology consulting team. You will design, build, and deploy machine‑learning models that turn large, complex data sets into actionable insights for our clients across Casablanca, Oujda and Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, clean, and structure large datasets from various sources.
• Design, train, and evaluate ML models for classification, regression and clustering tasks.
• Optimize model performance, conduct validation, and document results.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms using MLOps practices and monitor them in production.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex results clearly.
• Experience in experiment design and A/B testing.
• Business acumen and a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Machine‑learning libraries: scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• SQL and data transformation.
• Apache Spark and distributed computing.
• Azure ML and Data Lake services.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Tableau, Power BI.
• NLP tools and generative‑AI frameworks.
