Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead the deployment of best‑of‑breed applications that support front‑office DCR, customer experience and commercial transformation across Greater India, Middle East & Africa, Pacific and South America. You will own project governance, execution and stakeholder alignment for a portfolio of digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and drive the project plan across platforms such as CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, bFO, bFS and ERP.
• Coordinate SteerCo meetings with Business and Digital Directors and VPs to report progress, risks and decisions.
• Collaborate with CXCT, DCR, country business, transformation leaders and zone BRMs to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Support local teams during UAT, manage issue resolution and coordinate release schedules.
• Facilitate change‑management activities, training and post‑deployment adoption.
• Monitor project performance, collect feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience managing large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an international environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
