About the role

The client is a large semi‑public institution in Rabat that leads strategic planning and delegated project management for national‑interest infrastructure programmes. The role is senior, overseeing the operational delivery of a portfolio of complex, high‑value public facilities that must meet strict international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technical and operational progress of studies, works and upgrade phases, ensuring adherence to milestones, budgets and overall programme deadlines.
• Coordinate the ecosystem of national and local stakeholders, including owners, engineering firms, construction companies, operators and regulatory authorities.
• Integrate stringent international functional requirements from design through delivery and lead preparation for technical audits and compliance reviews.
• Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks (schedule, quality), arbitrate decisions and structure corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+5 degree (State Engineer, Architect or equivalent Master) in civil engineering, construction, high‑end equipment or project management.
• 8–10 years of experience in leading, designing, executing or monitoring large‑scale, complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle construction or major renovation projects, especially large public venues or leisure facilities, is a strong asset.
• Fluent professional proficiency in Arabic, French and English.

Required skills
