About the role

The organization is seeking a senior Director to lead territorial liaison and large‑scale program coordination for national infrastructure and development projects. Reporting directly to the General Management support unit, the role ensures seamless interaction between central authorities, regional teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and align territorial operations, monitor overall project progress, and guarantee smooth information flow between central direction, business experts, and regional/local program units.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and audit institutions across each intervention zone.
• Ensure strict compliance with complex specifications, secure regulatory milestones, and oversee the overall conformity of field deployments.

Required profile

• Master’s level degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, public policy, urban planning, infrastructure or management.
• At least 10 years of experience in highly regulated, complex environments such as large infrastructure projects, public/parapublic sector, strategy consulting, or multi‑project program management.
• Proven experience in large‑scale development projects or high‑level institutional partnership management is a plus.
• Professional fluency in Arabic, French and English (both written and spoken).
• Full geographic flexibility to travel as required.
