Director of Finance

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Finance to lead its finance function for a hotel operating in Morocco. The role combines strategic financial planning with hands‑on oversight of accounting processes, ensuring the business remains financially resilient and growth‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, process control and compliance.
• Prepare and manage the hotel budget, profit & loss statements, and forecast performance.
• Develop and implement business strategies, measuring performance and providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.
• Ensure adherence to legislation, internal controls and best‑practice audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on leadership style.
• Ability to work independently in a remote location in Morocco.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
