About the role
Join Allianz Services in Casablanca as a Dutch‑speaking Customer Advisor, providing inbound support for product assistance. You will help customers resolve technical issues, schedule appointments and ensure a smooth experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product problems.
- Assess situations, explain coverage, and propose solutions.
- Schedule technical appointments and follow established procedures.
- Handle escalations and update customer records accurately.
- Support other departments when needed to improve overall satisfaction.
Required profile
- Good level of Dutch (oral and written) and fluency in English.
- Service‑oriented, detail‑focused and proactive.
- Reliable, punctual and systematic in approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
