Dutch/Flemish Customer Service Representative – Tangier

About the role

Join a vibrant, 100% Dutch‑speaking team in the heart of Tangier, Morocco. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to schedule appointments and activate services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly inbound support via phone and email.
• Proactively schedule appointments and activate service options for clients.
• Document all interactions accurately and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a safe and positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) with good English skills.
• Empathetic, solution‑oriented and able to communicate clearly.
• Reliable and able to obtain a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Motivated beginners are welcome; previous customer service experience is a plus.
