Dutch‑Speaking Customer Advisor – Telecommunications

About the role

We are looking for Dutch‑speaking Customer Advisors to join a major telecommunications project in Rabat. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, providing technical support, resolving complaints and promoting relevant products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering professional, customer‑focused support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Handle complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services, supporting sales and cross‑selling activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and follow established quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (B2/C1 level); English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable handling technical troubleshooting and challenging customer situations.
• Commercial mindset with ability to spot sales opportunities.
• Based in Morocco or willing to relocate to Rabat and have the right to work there.
