About the role
The Encryption Analyst will join AXA Global Business Services' Data‑at‑Rest Encryption Product Services team. You will help deliver multi‑layer encryption and centralized key management across AXA's diverse IT landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain data‑at‑rest encryption solutions for core IT, private IaaS and public cloud environments.
- Manage centralized encryption key lifecycle and access controls.
- Support hybrid infrastructure encryption needs and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Collaborate with security and operations teams to enhance resilience and data loss prevention.
Required profile
- Proven experience in information security, specifically encryption technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
