Engineering Technician

About the role

Yazaki is seeking an Engineering Technician to join its Kenitra plant. The role supports the production of wire‑harness and electrical systems for the automotive industry, ensuring technical documentation and process improvements are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical documents according to schedule.
• Analyse customer specifications and Yazaki drawings to guide production.
• Identify and propose product and assembly‑process improvements (P3).
• Monitor engineering changes and support implementation.
• Participate in cost estimation for Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and meet response‑time targets.
• Provide training to production staff on new products and process changes.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Product Responsible.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Bac+ diploma in Industrial Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive or a related sector.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
