Field Manager – Merchandising Operations

About the role

The company is looking for a Field Manager (Merchandising) to lead and optimise field operations and on‑ground campaign execution in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless activations, strong brand visibility and data‑driven decision making across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, structure and oversee field teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor in‑store activations, marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse field data, delivering actionable performance reports.
• Manage, coach and develop supervisors, merchandisers and promoters.
• Design processes to improve efficiency, optimise resource allocation and control costs.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, processes and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Trade, Marketing, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in field management, preferably within FMCG, field marketing or retail.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale activations and field teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
