Finance Analyst (Contractor)

About the role

Abbott is a global healthcare company committed to helping people live longer and better lives. The Finance Analyst contractor will support the finance team in Casablanca, contributing to budgeting, reporting, and cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed SG&A analysis, preparing monthly trackers for actuals versus plan.
• Follow up on monthly payments to vendors and ensure timely settlements.
• Assist the FP&A manager with weekly sales flash reporting and month‑end close activities.
• Prepare cash‑flow plans, monitor cash‑flow results and compare against scenarios.
• Track receivables and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely payments.

Required profile

• BTS in Accounting or a first degree in Commerce/Economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accountancy or financial analysis.
• Knowledge of GAAP and local reporting requirements.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and multinational exposure.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong systems background (GL system, planning system, Microsoft tools).
