Finance Analyst

About the role

Howmet Fixations Casablanca is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Controller in day‑to‑day accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting. The role will contribute to financial planning, cost accounting, and operational analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets and perform variance analysis against actual results.
• Maintain and update standard cost accounting processes, including cost rolls and product costing analysis.
• Support inventory controls, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of management reporting packages and executive financial reviews.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and engineering teams on cost‑saving initiatives and capital investment analysis.
• Support internal, external and government audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience with standard cost systems and manufacturing finance, preferably in aerospace or automotive.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
