Financial Analyst – Temporary Contract in Casablanca

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to join our team on a temporary contract in Casablanca. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end sales commissions process, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts while supporting the broader finance and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales commissions process for assigned countries/functions, adhering to SCP and payroll calendars.
• Coordinate SCP activities within the team and ensure compliance with commission rules.
• Conduct pay reviews, resolve issues before payroll submission, and guarantee correct commission calculations.
• Interact with sales and finance stakeholders to address questions and resolve conflicts autonomously.
• Perform business analysis on sales commissions to aid management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven experience collaborating with business partners in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented mindset with solid presentation abilities.
• Good organization, time‑management, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with databases (SQL).
