Food & Beverage Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the F&B department at our hotel in Dar‑el‑Beida. The role oversees both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and alignment with Radisson brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies, manage budgets, control costs and inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety and hotel policies.
• Lead and develop the F&B team, handling rostering, training and performance management.
• Build relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing and resolve disputes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food & beverage service with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on managerial style with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Integrity, ability to work in a high‑excellence environment and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience using IT systems on various platforms.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
