About the role

Pro.GP, a professional project management consultancy, is looking for an experienced Primavera P6 trainer to design and deliver advanced, practice‑oriented courses for project planning and control professionals. The role focuses on translating real‑world project experience into hands‑on training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced Primavera P6 training modules, including configuration, WBS creation, scheduling, resource planning, baseline management, and critical path analysis.
• Design practical exercises, simulations, and case studies that reflect complex industrial, construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Adapt training content to the specific needs of corporate clients, ensuring relevance and immediate applicability.
• Provide feedback and performance reporting on trainee progress.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Project Planner, Project Control Engineer, or similar role with deep operational knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts in an engaging, instructional manner.
• Experience in large‑scale projects within sectors such as construction, oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure is a plus.
