About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Force Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs that boost the performance of our commercial teams. The role focuses on aligning training initiatives with strategic sales objectives and ensuring best‑practice adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop tailored content for the sales force.
• Design, implement and facilitate interactive training modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Provide coaching and personalized support to sales representatives.
• Monitor market trends and incorporate industry best practices into training.
• Collaborate closely with commercial management to align training goals with business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) in Commerce, Sales, Export, HR, or related fields.
• 10‑20 years of experience in sales training, commercial management, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and pedagogical methods.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to analyze training needs and measure impact.
• Fluent in French and Arabic.
