Offsite Delivery Functional Manager

About the role

As the Offsite Delivery Functional Manager you will report to the DU EMEA Project Lead and be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Offsite Delivery team. You will oversee the full programme lifecycle, handle resource planning and allocation, and ensure an outstanding learning experience for participants using established tools and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Offsite Delivery team across the entire programme lifecycle.
• Plan, allocate and monitor resources to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with DES/DU EMEA leads and other Delivery Management function leads.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery activities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across DU EMEA.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams and uphold world‑class delivery standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in delivery or programme management.
• Strong leadership and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Education level BAC+5 (Master’s degree) or higher.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
