Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Salesforce is looking for experienced Forward Deployed Engineers who act as technical builders, designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You will join a delivery team, work closely with a Deployment Strategist, and ship production‑ready code that delivers measurable business impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and fully deploy AI‑powered solutions for large strategic customers and multiple accounts.
• Collaborate with Senior Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists to co‑build components that go live in production environments.
• Leverage AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce Vibes throughout the development workflow.
• Provide field insights that influence product road‑maps for the Agentforce platform, data services, and headless architectures.
• Mentor junior engineers and progressively take ownership of complex delivery projects.

Required profile

• Proven production experience in building and delivering enterprise software.
• Strong builder mindset with a passion for turning ideas into working solutions.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments and manage multiple engagements.
