About the role

As a Founder in Residence at Base360.ai you will create and lead a new product or business vertical within the short‑term rental AI platform, backed by funding, engineering, design and AI resources.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential opportunities in short‑term rentals and define a new product or business vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations with property managers and rental operators.
• Define product vision, strategy and go‑to‑market plan, then work with engineering, design and AI teams to launch quickly.
• Recruit, build and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture scales.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance, making data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and strong problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to recruit and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, creating structure and wearing multiple hats across product, sales, marketing and operations.
• Highly analytical with strong execution capabilities and obsession with customers.
• AI‑native enthusiasm and interest in building with the latest AI technologies.
