FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager drives financial planning, performance management and business analysis to support Sanipak Morocco's strategic and operational objectives. Based in Berrechid, the role acts as a key business partner to management and operational teams, providing reliable financial insights, challenging assumptions and turning financial data into actionable recommendations. It works closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, HR and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, develop and consolidate forecasts and long-term plans, and monitor actuals against budget and forecast.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards and performance reviews, analyse P&L and manufacturing costs, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Act as a finance business partner to Operations and other functional leaders, supporting decisions on spending, resources and investments.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses, evaluate CAPEX projects and support pricing, profitability and product-mix analysis.
• Improve reporting tools and data quality, strengthen coordination with operations and contribute to financial KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in financial planning, controlling or management accounting.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, cost accounting and manufacturing economics.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel; SAP, Power BI or similar reporting tools are an advantage.
• A full master of SAP is listed as a requirement.
