About the role
MS2 Bilingual is seeking a highly motivated bilingual professional to join as a Fractional Sales & Recruitment Director. This remote, part‑time position (up to 20 hours per week) focuses on outbound business development, candidate sourcing, and client relationship management for French‑English talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting to generate sales and recruitment opportunities.
- Manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, book qualified discovery meetings, and maintain CRM tracking.
- Source, screen, and coordinate bilingual French/English candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
- Support client onboarding, maintain strong candidate experience, and track performance metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
- Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable making cold calls.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.

What we offer
- Flexible remote work up to 20 hours per week.
- Base compensation of 100 MAD per hour (approximately 4,000‑8,000 MAD per month).

- Three‑week paid probationary period with KPI‑based evaluation.
