French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support through phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system proficiency.
