Funding Coordinator

About the role

The Funding Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Salé, supporting Spire Ventures’ funding processes and partner relations across its global ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate funding applications and documentation, maintaining accurate records of funding activities.
• Track deal progress across internal systems and communicate with startups, investors, and channel partners to gather required information.
• Perform basic financial and analytical reviews, preparing summary reports and presentations.
• Support the investment team with data collection, due‑diligence documentation, and scheduling meetings.
• Organize events or calls with international partners and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and funding operations.

Required profile

• Strong funding coordination experience handling applications, documentation, and tracking.
• Solid analytical skills for data review and basic financial assessments.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities with founders, investors, and global partners.
• Foundational finance knowledge (budgets, financial terminology, basic investment concepts).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Salé and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in venture capital, startups, or international business is an advantage; proficiency in English and additional languages is beneficial.
