General Manager - Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa

About the role

Hilton is looking for a General Manager for its Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa, a 170-room beachfront resort on Morocco's Atlantic coast near Taghazout village and Golf Tazegzout. The resort features a private beach, four swimming pools, seven food and beverage outlets and the eforea Spa with a traditional Moroccan hammam. The General Manager leads all hotel operations, drives performance and profitability and acts as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations so that every guest experience is seamless, consistent and reflects Hilton's high standards
• Manage revenue, budgets and cost controls, with a focus on food and beverage performance and opportunities across leisure, meetings, weddings and social events
• Drive continuous improvement across facilities, dining and service to maintain operational excellence and brand alignment
• Shape short- and long-term goals and make decisions in the best interests of the hotel, the brand and Hilton's long-term vision
• Motivate and develop the leadership team and all Team Members, embedding Hilton's values and building a collaborative culture
• Communicate effectively with Heads of Department and build trusted relationships with ownership, Hilton stakeholders and local partners
• Uphold Hilton service standards, respond to audits proactively and drive innovation and operational integrity

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel, with resort experience required
• Track record of driving commercial growth, ideally with an F&B background
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French
• Established local relationships in Morocco are an advantage
