Global Recruitment Centre Lead – Morocco

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to build, stabilize, and scale our Global Recruitment Centre (GRC) in Morocco. Reporting to the SVP Operations, you will transform a growing delivery centre into a best‑in‑class multilingual near‑shore hub that supports European clients.

Key responsibilities

• Apply operational best practices across all functions to deliver high‑quality, scalable service.
• Manage performance against the GRC Site Scorecard, identify gaps and implement action plans.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Lead the scale‑up of the site from 40 to 100+ FTE, overseeing hiring, onboarding and ramp‑up.
• Act as escalation point for accounts and business leaders, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain business continuity readiness and operational resilience.
• Build and nurture client relationships with key stakeholders in France, Belgium and Switzerland.
• Provide market insights, talent trends and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Senior leader with proven experience scaling recruitment or delivery centres.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management skills, especially with European accounts.
• Excellent communication and cultural adaptability.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
