About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Hardware System Engineer to lead the development of high‑voltage power electronics systems for automotive applications. The role is based in Rabat with occasional travel to Milan and Brussels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of hardware engineers in system‑level design of inverters.
- Perform CR analysis, troubleshooting, and concept definition.
- Manage change requests and work closely with component suppliers to ensure quality and alignment.
- Validate technical definitions with customers and ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive high‑voltage power electronics.
- Proven technical leadership on both hardware and software engineering competencies.
- Fluent English to work within an international European team.
