Head of Communication

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Head of Communication to lead the corporate and institutional communication agenda for a large industrial group. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the brand narrative, enhance media visibility, and safeguard the organization’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the group’s corporate and institutional communication strategy in line with business objectives.
• Develop and manage press relations and stakeholder communications to strengthen the group’s public image.
• Anticipate, coordinate, and execute crisis communication plans to protect reputation.
• Support senior executives with communication advice and executive messaging.
• Oversee the creation of high‑quality communication materials in both French and English.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Communication, International Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate, institutional or public affairs communication, preferably within a large industrial environment.
• Proven track record in media relations, crisis management, and executive support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and diplomatic abilities.
