About the role
Join Dilitrust, a leading European SaaS provider in legal tech, as the Head of Customer Success. You will lead a multicultural team responsible for delivering exceptional service to 2,400 customers across 64 countries, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee global customer success operations, guaranteeing project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of Dilitrust solutions.
- Develop and execute retention, engagement, and account‑expansion strategies across Europe.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and R&D to align product offerings with market needs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow regional consulting, implementation, support, and relationship teams.
- Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership mindset with a proven track record in upselling, cross‑selling, churn reduction, and net revenue retention.
- Extensive experience in complex project management and operational execution.
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French, with deep knowledge of the Moroccan market.
- Background in legal‑tech or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
