HR Advisor – Regional HR Support

About the role

As an HR Advisor you will support employees and leaders across Morocco, South Africa and Ghana, ensuring HR policies, processes and practices are applied consistently and in line with local legislation. The role requires flexibility, strong cultural awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HR policies, processes and procedures across the region.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations and the employee lifecycle.
• Drive talent‑management activities such as performance reviews, talent reviews and development planning.
• Promote learning and development resources to support employee growth.
• Manage employee‑relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances and exits, ensuring legal compliance.
• Interpret company policies and adapt them to local requirements.
• Maintain relationships with external HR vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to align regional reward practices with the EMEA framework.
• Support Talent Acquisition in timely hiring across the region.
• Maintain accurate HR data, produce metrics and reporting.
• Work with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a broad HR management role, preferably in a multinational or fast‑growing organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in KSA and/or UAE.
• Experience working with HR Centres of Excellence (HR Operations, Talent, Compensation & Benefits).
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures.
