About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This entry‑level position includes a fully paid training program that covers modern HR practices, labor compliance, and the employee lifecycle, making it ideal for recent graduates or career changers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured, fully paid HR training modules covering payroll basics, HR software, recruitment pipelines, and employment standards.
• Assist with administrative onboarding tasks such as background checks, documentation processing, orientation preparation, and initial HR system setup.
• Support recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate tracking pipelines.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records while ensuring compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave requests, and basic benefits information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest).
• 0–1 years of professional experience; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a willingness to learn specialized HRIS tools.
