HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support a designated business unit by managing talent processes, employee relations, and workforce planning. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to drive performance, development, and engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage talent management processes such as performance reviews, people reviews, and development planning.
• Oversee employee‑relations matters, including policy application, internal promotions, disciplinary cases, and terminations.
• Provide coaching and advice to managers (including remote leaders) on HR topics and people practices.
• Partner with the business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessments.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics, conduct employee surveys, and recommend improvement actions.
• Organise exit interviews, capture feedback, and support turnover reduction initiatives.
• Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and support new‑employee integration.
• Participate in change‑management projects and act as a local HR expertise point for specialist teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, mediation, and coaching skills.
• Strong work ethic, ability to handle confidential information, and adaptability to fast‑paced, multicultural settings.
• Fluent in English and French.
