HR Coordinator – Moroccan Labor Law Specialist

About the role

Anytech365 is looking for an HR Coordinator who will support talent management, legal compliance and organisational development within its IT and call‑center operations in Morocco. The role is results‑oriented, proactive and works closely with the HR team to ensure efficient processes and achievement of objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain legal and employment documentation in line with Moroccan labour legislation and internal directives.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and termination processes under supervision.
• Prepare and manage HR‑related documents such as payroll and benefits.
• Organise and file HR documentation and support inter‑departmental coordination.
• Handle administrative HR tasks, including drafting letters and managing files.
• Monitor internal HR processes and prepare basic reports.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of HR experience with a focus on Moroccan labour legislation.
• Experience in international environments, preferably within IT, technology services or call‑center sectors.
• Results‑oriented, able to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
• Proactive with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
