HR Development Responsible

About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Development Responsible will ensure the Kenitra plant has the talent and attitude needed to meet Lear's strategic goals. The role combines training needs analysis, recruitment management, and employee integration within a dynamic automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse training needs in line with the company’s economic and social policy.
• Organise and support training activities, preparing all required documentation.
• Verify and update training modules in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Participate in the production and delivery of internal training modules.
• Track training KPIs and manage follow‑up training budgets.
• Define recruitment needs and lead the full recruitment process (internal and external) to final candidate selection.
• Ensure smooth integration of new hires and monitor trial periods and contract endings.
• Monitor recruitment and promotion KPIs.
• Create and manage internal and external communication content.
• Organise and participate in social activities and annual events such as Women’s Day, Tombola, Ashura, and Ramadan.
• Keep training and recruitment procedures up to date.
• Participate in group projects, including digitalisation of training.
• Promote compliance with safety, health, environment, and energy programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR development, talent acquisition, and training management.
• Strong understanding of economic and social policies affecting workforce planning.
• Ability to analyse needs, track KPIs, and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Experience organising employee events and fostering a supportive work environment.
