HR Development Specialist

About the role

The HR Development Specialist will lead the creation and deployment of Versigent’s learning portfolio, partnering with branding, experience and communications teams to deliver impactful global learning campaigns. This role serves as the primary point of contact for HRIS and business queries related to learning, ensuring the Learning Management System (LMS) is effectively adopted worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create communication materials and campaigns to promote the learning portfolio.
• Measure campaign impact and report results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on learning offerings for HR and L&D communities globally.
• Administer the LMS, organize training sessions, develop reports and live dashboards.
• Design and deliver e‑learning solutions, both roadmap‑driven and on‑demand.
• Curate and implement global learning programs across business functions.
• Leverage tools such as Job Architecture frameworks, Coursera and LinkedIn Skills reports to recommend strategic training interventions.
• Manage training suppliers, optimize investments, and select new vendors.
• Conduct trainings and workshops for defined audiences.
• Support the global learning database, ensuring it is up‑to‑date and accessible.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR development, learning & development or talent development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional global teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboard creation.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive change.
