HR Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Development Specialist to embed our values across people policies and HR processes. The role will support hiring, onboarding, talent development, performance management and employee wellbeing while collaborating with regional and global HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and embed company values in hiring, onboarding and employee development processes.
• Support talent development initiatives and career growth pathways.
• Identify internal talent, manage promotions and succession planning.
• Drive performance management and employee development programs.
• Contribute to employee experience and wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead and support global HR projects in partnership with regional and global teams.
• Ensure effective rollout of global HR initiatives at the local level.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Performance Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with local, regional and global teams.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
• Fluent English.
• Passion for people development, continuous improvement and employee experience.
