HR Development Specialist

About the role

Versigent, a subsidiary of Aptiv, designs and delivers electrical distribution systems for vehicles, robotics and energy platforms. As an HR Development Specialist, you will manage the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, profiles and organisation charts, and handle the recruitment and onboarding of indirect salaried employees.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions, job profiles and organisation charts.
• Run recruitment interviews for indirect salaried employees: sourcing, pre-selection, telephone and physical interviews.
• Follow up the recruitment process, including technical, HRM and HRD validation interviews.
• Conduct internal recruitment interviews through global and specific job openings.
• Implement and ensure compliance with the onboarding process, including pre-onboarding and support for new hires by managers and buddies.
• Prepare and publish HR development communications such as welcome messages and job opening announcements.
• Maintain development tools such as PBP, 9box and TRP.
• Build a proactive pool of internal and external candidates.
• Take part in continuous improvement projects for people development and in partnerships with schools and universities.
• Manage the status of trainees and their integration.

Required profile

• Master's degree in HR or equivalent.
• Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong understanding and respect of Lean principles.
