HR Generalist

About the role

Givaudan is seeking an HR Generalist to join its regional Field HR team in Nouaceur, Morocco. You will support commercial offices and manufacturing sites across the Maghreb and West Africa region, covering Morocco, Ivory Coast, and Algeria.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee life‑cycle from onboarding to exit.
• Provide HR administration support (approximately 25‑30% of time).
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Build strong relationships with line managers and employees.
• Support HR projects and initiatives across the region.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR processes and programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in core HR and employee life‑cycle activities.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Ability to work five days a week (Monday‑Friday) on‑site in Nouaceur.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
