HR Generalist

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a passionate HR Generalist to support multiple departments in delivering end‑to‑end HR processes that align with the Group’s guidelines. You will act as a key partner for line managers, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in creating the annual recruitment plan in line with Group procedures.
• Support line managers throughout the recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Prepare salary offers for new hires according to the Group’s reward framework.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs for all new employees.
• Develop an annual training agenda and oversee its implementation.
• Manage the work attendance monitoring system (absence, sickness, leave, etc.).
• Ensure accurate payroll management and timely HR administration in compliance with local labour law.
• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Contribute to Ferrero’s performance management system.
• Participate in various HR projects across the organization.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Significant experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organization, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP Success Factor is a plus.
