HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR team supporting employees and managers in Morocco. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, prepare documentation and coordinate system access.
• Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and prepare contracts, certificates and letters.
• Assist payroll administration by ensuring up‑to‑date employee data.
• Handle employee insurance and medical‑related requests in partnership with external providers.
• Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries, advising on policies, leave, benefits and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Internship experience or up to 2 years of experience in HR, administration or payroll.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic; additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR information systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is advantageous.
