HR Specialist – Global Delivery Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to lead end‑to‑end HR operations and employee engagement across our global delivery footprint. Based in Tangier, you will act as a trusted HR Business Partner, ensuring compliant, high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, off‑boarding, records, HRIS administration and related processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and Moroccan labour legislation.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex HR operational and employee‑relations issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Payroll, Finance, IT and global HR teams for seamless service delivery.
• Oversee data integrity, HR reporting, audits and people‑analytics to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration and other employee‑related processes.
• Advise managers on performance management, HR policies and people matters.
• Support talent‑management activities such as talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility.
• Drive HR process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellness and culture programmes for the Morocco office.
• Monitor key people metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Assist with organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and service‑model changes.
• Manage third‑party HR vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain HR operating rhythms, service standards, documentation and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Proven experience managing HR operations at scale in a BPO or shared‑services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
