Human Resources Analyst II – Morocco

About the role

The Human Resources Analyst II supports the Compensation, Benefits, & HR Systems function by ensuring accurate employee data, smooth payroll processing, and compliance with government‑mandated benefits. This role works closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and external agencies to maintain data integrity and deliver timely HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate team‑member data in the HR database using official documents and status‑change forms.
• Coordinate with various departments to keep employee records up‑to‑date and generate regular reports.
• Handle employment verification requests from internal and external parties.
• Submit and validate new‑hire bank forms, monitor ATM card issuance, and manage payslip distribution each payroll cut‑off.
• Process final‑pay calculations, coordinate cheque payments, and track releases with Finance.
• Validate Avaya and time‑and‑labor transactions against payroll templates.
• Ensure timely submission of government‑mandated reports (SSS, Pag‑Ibig, PhilHealth, BIR) and maintain compliance with statutory contributions.
• Process employee benefit claims, issue certificates of contribution, and manage HMO enrollment, upgrades, and card distribution.

Required profile

• Experience in HR data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with government‑mandated contribution systems and reporting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.
• Effective coordination skills with HR, Finance, and external agencies.
