About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Casablanca, Morocco. The HRBP will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, support organisational changes, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment: coordinate local recruitment, candidate follow‑up, interviews, offers and joining formalities.
- Onboarding: manage employee onboarding, HR induction, documentation and employee records.
- Employee Relations: support employee relations cases, discipline, concerns and conflict resolution.
- Attendance & Leave: monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, late arrivals and regularisation.
- HR Policies: communicate and implement company HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Payroll & Contracts: coordinate payroll inputs, employment contracts, benefits and employee documentation.
- Compliance: support compliance with Moroccan labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Performance & KPI: coordinate KPI collection, tracking, performance evaluations and review follow‑ups.
- Talent Development: support employee development, training and career development initiatives.
- HR Reporting: maintain HR records and prepare reports on headcount, recruitment, attendance, turnover and other HR metrics.
- Employee Engagement: support engagement initiatives and improve internal communication.
- Business Partnership: work closely with business leaders, Country Manager, Regional HR, Finance and other stakeholders to address workforce and organisational needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational, technology, IT, distribution or fast‑growing commercial organisation.
- Hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, HR administration and performance management.
- Good understanding of Moroccan labour practices and statutory HR requirements.
- Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
