Human Resources Graduate Trainee – Nestalent Program

About the role

The Nestalent Graduate Trainee program offers recent graduates an immersive experience in Nestlé's Human Resources function. You will rotate across multiple HR streams, gaining hands‑on exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management and more, while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition initiatives and contribute to recruitment processes.
• Assist in employee relations and talent management projects that drive business impact.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional environment and collaborate with business partners.
• Strong time‑management skills in a fast‑moving setting.
• Curious, enthusiastic, fast learner with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Fresh graduate with a passion for Human Resources and a very good GPA.
• Fluency in English and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
