Industrialization Test Engineer

About the role

As an Industrialization Test Engineer at Eaton, you will bridge R&D and manufacturing at the Casablanca site, leading electrical validation and test strategy to enable autonomous production of Power Distribution Units (PDUs). You will ensure new products move smoothly from design to mass‑production while reducing reliance on external validation facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define electrical architecture, wiring, connectors, terminals and breakers for PDU products and ensure alignment with mechanical design.
• Develop and execute product validation plans (DVT), performing electrical and thermal tests and analysing results for compliance.
• Design and specify test benches, tooling and validation equipment, and transfer testing activities from R&D to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, production teams and international stakeholders (France, China, etc.) to coordinate component sourcing and validation.
• Identify risks early, propose corrective actions and ensure products are designed for testability and industrial efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical Engineering with a strong electrical focus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, product testing or validation.
• Strong collaboration mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary and international teams.

Required skills
