Ingénieur Chargé de validation - Embedded Systems H/F

About the role

We are looking for a Validation Engineer specialized in Embedded Systems to join our automotive projects in Rabat. You will act as the central hub between engineering, business units and external suppliers, ensuring that validation activities align with project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, business, stakeholders) and external suppliers.
• Organize and facilitate project follow‑up meetings to synchronize activities and deliverables.
• Identify, manage and resolve dependencies across teams.
• Define, structure and maintain technical specifications in collaboration with engineering.
• Ensure clarity, consistency and traceability of technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate specifications with stakeholders to guarantee alignment with business and functional requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface between internal technical teams and external customers, suppliers and partners.
• Proactively remove obstacles that could impact project progress and delivery timelines.
• Drive pragmatic problem‑solving initiatives to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Embedded Systems or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in verification and validation, especially Hardware‑In‑the‑Loop (HIL) testing.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications and project‑management methodologies.
• Good mastery of the V‑Cycle and HIL validation processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 standards.
• Solid background in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
