Ingénieur Chargé de validation – Embedded Systems

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for an experienced Validation Engineer specialized in Embedded Systems. You will act as the bridge between internal engineering teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that technical specifications are clear, consistent, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, business, suppliers) to align with project objectives.
• Organize and lead project follow‑up meetings to synchronize activities and deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Define, structure, and maintain technical specifications in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Review and validate specifications to ensure alignment with functional and business requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring transparent communication.
• Proactively remove obstacles that could impact project timelines.
• Drive pragmatic problem‑solving initiatives to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Embedded Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience in verification and validation, especially Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) validation.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications and project‑management methodologies.
• Good mastery of the V‑Cycle and HIL testing/validation.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and automotive industry standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
