About the role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist IV to join our production team. In this position you will set up, program, troubleshoot and produce parts on a range of CNC machines, contributing to a safer and more efficient manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform machine setups and adjustments for CNC equipment.
- Develop and load detailed numerical control (NC) programs.
- Operate and program Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment.
- Identify and implement methods to reduce setup time and improve product quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop while complying with health and safety policies.
- Assist supervisors in aligning resources, analyzing performance metrics and reporting to management.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
- High school diploma; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and follow safety procedures.
- Strong analytical mindset for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
