Ingénieur Test & Validation Sénior

About the role

ALTEN is looking for a Senior Test & Validation Engineer to join its automotive projects in Rabat. You will work closely with customers to ensure that requirements are testable, complete, and of high quality, and you will drive the creation and maintenance of test artefacts.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer requirements for testability, completeness and quality.
• Create and update test cases and scenarios that fully cover the requirements.
• Correct and improve the quality of the test plan.
• Present the updated test plan to the customer during quarterly technical review meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in embedded systems or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation and validation (software, systems).
• Knowledge of automotive functionalities and ISO‑26262.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (C1 level).
